Initiate Your Request
Log into your jentestore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
